RWG Thermo 1 System

The system is based around the rotation heat generator the size of a gas bottle (15kg) with an open-pore metal foam agitator; rotating at varying revs. The extensive inner surface of the agitator produces a high degree of friction temperature in water.
Our system excels with an unrivalled degree of efficiency as it works with a minimum of inner resistance and starts rotating even in a light breeze. The system starts to work at wind speeds of just 2m/s.

At just 600 revolutions per minute water is heated up to 55 degrees Celsius.
At 1200 revolutions per minute the temperature goes up to 90 degrees Celsius.
The wind or water power harvested is used with 90% efficiency – 1 kW of natural energy is converted into 900Watts of heat.

The system is powered by wind or water using a rotor or water wheel via a mechanical drive axle.
Highest efficiencies are reached through vertical or horizontal rotors via a mechanical axle.
Systems with slow moving, but powerful rotors or water wheels can be attached via drive disc transmission to increase the revolutions.
Equally systems with high revolutions can be attached with a transmission ratio to reduce the revs.

The systems are available through franchised dealers.
